Hey there! I'm Julio 'Jay' Suarez, owner and founder of Koa Boba | Gourmet Boba Cart. Welcome to the most important section of my website where you can find out how boba can bring people (and their taste buds) together.

 

The heart of my business began with a passion and untamed cravings for bubble tea. After countless trips to my favorite boba shops, I realized I should try making it at home. What started as making my favorite brown sugar boba soon expanded to serving family and friends. It was then that I decided everyone should have boba brought to them!

 

The name of the cart was inspired by my beloved Frenchie, Koa. Affectionately called "the little blue whale" for his color and appearance, Koa also symbolizes strength. This dual meaning of the name reminds me to be strong in commitment to quality and crafting unique flavors just for you.

 

Every cup I serve is a reflection of the passion and care poured into each cup. I look forward to creating an unforgettable experience at your next event!
